Actovegin ( Solcoseryl) oral paste 5g

Solcoseryl oral paste contains the active ingredient calf blood dialysate, which improves blood circulation, and lauromacrogol 400 for quick and long-term pain relief. The paste forms a coating that continues to adhere to the wound and protects against irritation while eating and drinking.

How to use Actovegin oral paste?

For adults and children from 2 years of age.Unless otherwise specified, squeeze out the paste approximately ½ cm long and apply a thin layer to the wounds 3 – 5 times a day. Especially do it before going to bed. Do not rub the paste. It is best to apply after drying the wound beforehand with a cotton swab or clean fingertip. After that, the paste needs to be smoothed with a moistened fingertip or rinsed off
mouth with water. This will cause the paste to swell and form an adhesive, protective film. In case of ulcers caused by prostheses, the paste is applied to a washed and dried prosthesis. Let to improve the fixation of the prosthesis, rinse your mouth with water before inserting it.
Duration of treatment: until the wounds are completely healed. Close the tube tightly after use. This will prevent moisture from entering the opening of the tube. What Solcoseryl (Actovegin) oral contain?

1 g Solcoseryl contain active substances:

2.125 mg of protein-free dialysate of calf blood, chemically and biologically standardized,

10.0 mg lauromacrogol 400.

Other excipients are:

Solcoseryl basic substance: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, gelatin, pectin, polyethylene, liquid paraffin.

Preservatives: methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate (E 216).

Fragrances: peppermint oil and menthol.
